We processes all orders in USD. You will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate. 

For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. For that you need to check your local custom guidelines for the same. 

When customers make their order, we try to get the products packaged and shipped out to you as fast as possible. So if you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in more than one package. You would still be able to track all items in your order.  

We do not sell any customer information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons of discounts.

Free Shipping - Our estimated shipping time for most countries is 2-3 weeks. However, these are only estimates and during peak seasons such as the Christmas period, and in this covid situation shipping times may be slightly longer. Please note that this
does not include the 1-5 day processing time. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. We will always provide you with a tracking number with every order. For faster Shipping we have paid options. The
options are available at the checkout page. Please read our Shipping Policy for more details on the same.  

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours. 

It will take usually between 2-5 business days.
